We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.

Specific Exclusions:

• Heavy Furniture: We do not move heavy furniture unless specifically requested and agreed upon beforehand.
• Clutter: Excessive clutter may hinder our ability to clean effectively. Please ensure the area is clear before our arrival.
• Hazardous Materials: We will not handle hazardous materials such as asbestos, mold, or biohazards.
• Pet Stains and Odors: While we will treat pet stains and odors to the best of our ability, complete removal is not always possible.
• Glass and Mirrors: We cannot guarantee the removal of all streaks or smudges, especially in areas with hard water.
• Outside Windows: We clean windows that can be safely reached from the ground or with a short ladder. We do not clean windows that require specialized equipment or pose a safety risk.

Customer Responsibility:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns before the service begins.
• We recommend inspecting the cleaned area upon completion and notifying us of any issues within 24 hours.
